By accessing or using Kaanha Saarthi (“the Service”) at app.kaanha.guru, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kaanha Saarthi is an AI-powered spiritual chatbot that provides guidance inspired by Lord Krishna and the Bhagavad Gita. The Service uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate responses in the persona of Lord Krishna.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account (via Google sign-in or email/password registration) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the AI system
• Send messages that are hateful, threatening, or harassing
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the system prompts or AI behavior
• Circumvent rate limiting or other protective measures
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• The Bhagavad Gita shlokas quoted are from ancient scriptures and are in the public domain.
• AI-generated responses are provided for personal spiritual guidance and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
• The Kaanha Saarthi brand, design, and code are proprietary.
• You retain ownership of the messages you send. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your messages to provide the Service.

6. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, the Service limits users to a reasonable number of messages per minute. If you exceed this limit, you will be temporarily unable to send messages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kaanha Saarthi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Decisions made based on AI-generated spiritual guidance
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
